Terms of Service

By creating an account or sending a booking request you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your password private and let us know straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.

DJBookr is in public beta. Features may change, be added or be removed, and occasional interruptions are possible. Some screens are clearly marked as showing sample data for demonstration.

DJBookr is a platform that connects clients and DJs. We are not a party to any booking. Availability, pricing, contracts, performance and payment are agreed directly between the client and the DJ, and each of them is responsible for holding up their end.

Some profiles are fictional demonstrations created by us. They are labelled “Sample Profile” and carry a notice on the page. Requests sent to them are not answered by a real DJ.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, including your prices, service area, experience and availability. Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not misrepresent your services, and honour the bookings you accept.

Give accurate event details when you send a request, and communicate directly with the DJ about anything that changes. Do not use the request form to send spam or unsolicited offers.

Reviews are only shown once they relate to a real completed booking and have been approved. We remove reviews that are fabricated, abusive or off-topic.

Do not attempt to break into accounts or systems, scrape the site at scale, submit automated or bulk requests, upload harmful code, impersonate someone else, or post unlawful, hateful or infringing content. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.

DJBookr does not process payments at this time. Any deposit, balance and revenue figures in the dashboard are for your own record-keeping. Plan pricing shown on the site is indicative during the beta and no subscription is charged until we say so clearly.

You keep ownership of what you publish. You give us permission to display it on the platform, and to show it in search engine results and link previews, for as long as your profile is published.

You can unpublish your profile or ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put other users at risk.

The service is provided as-is during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost bookings, lost income or indirect losses arising from use of the platform.
